Thank you to all parents and carers for your patience and understanding whilst we have been making arrangements for FSM vouchers to be issued to children who are entitled to free school meals but aren't currently attending school. We understand from the previous lockdown that this was the preferred method of receiving your child's FSM entitlement and believe it to be more beneficial to our families than food parcels or collecting a lunch bag each day. 

 

Free school meal vouchers will be issued to parents & carers on Wednesday 13th January. 

The entitlement for week ending 08/01/2021 is £12.00

The entitlement  for week ending 15/01/2021 is £15.00

 

Please note: If your child did not attend school during week ending 08/01/2021 but did attend during week ending 15/01/2021, you will receive a voucher for £12.00 only. Children who did not attend school during either week will receive £27.00

 

FSM vouchers are processed by email/ text in the first instance and this is based on the email address and mobile number we have on our system. 

If you usually receive a printed voucher, please bear with us and we will contact you to find out whether you now have the facility to accept electronic vouchers. If you do not, then we will arrange over the phone which provider you would like your voucher for and whether you would like to collect the voucher or arrange for it to be posted out to your home address. 

We ask that parents and carers who are able to download their voucher electronically, do so as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues before the next FSM voucher allocation is issued.
