As part of the Community Box Scheme, Pelican Park have supported over 450 families and donated over 3500 food parcels in the local area throughout the Covid- 19 pandemic.
There are still many people needing the extra support and Pelican Park are not only continuing to help families and elderly people in our community but are also working hard to provide families with enough food and educational toys to get through the Christmas Period.
Many of our families have been supported by Pelican Park and as a school we have donated £200.00 to support the Community Box scheme via the Pelican Park Community Trust crowdfunding page on Just Giving.
The Just Giving page is open to all and we encourage those who can, to donate and help keep this fantastic scheme going.
